Sub: Recharge @49 rupees but not received message.
Shravan is from Telangana Region, India. Am using an airtel sim for 10 years onwards. My complaint is this, my airtel balance validity completed. As usual, I selected the recharge at rupees 49. But in this case, I didn’t receive any message or else no response from airtel. I asked to shop person. He said that your recharge is a success and it was shown by the shop person. Again I recharged the same 49 rupees but repeated same to me no message and no outgoing are incoming calls. Am very disappointed because of this my bank transactions postponed. Please do needful to me. Change the 121 and 198 no use of it. In peak stages, customers want to speak with the customer care executive. But it’s not connecting. Stop all this time waste things and give value to time. Don’t waste public time. Receive my complaint on 8978258389 and solve it immediately.
