I have performed a recharge on 21st Sept and since than the recharge did not happen and amount was deducted.

Just for more clarification below is the email from Google pay.
“Hi Suhail,
Thank you for your patience, while we worked to resolve your issue.
As discussed at present, Google Pay merely works as a technology service provider to our partner banks (defined as Payment Service Providers by the NPCI), to allow for payments through the UPI infrastructure. In other words, Google Pay currently is not part of the payment processing or settlement flow and is merely a facilitator.
Having said so, the transactions in question with Google Transaction ID – CICAgOCq69u_Xg, was escalated with Razorpay (Payment Gateway for this transaction) and they have confirmed to us in writing that the funds for this transaction was successfully credited to the merchant’s bank account.
We would request you to re-check with the merchant and in case you need additional assistance on the payment, we would recommend you to reach out to your bank to file a chargeback.
