Hi,this is Arunkumar. Day before yesterday (5.04.2020) Sunday I made a recharge for my dad airtel prepaid number from my mobile phone through Airtel App.
The pack amount was 598 rupees. During the transaction my amount has been deducted from my bank account but there was no message regarding the recharge..
It has been 3days since there is no response from the airtel office. Also I have send an complaint to their email ID. Today also I made same recharge for my dad airtel number again the same issue raised.
The amount has been deducted but transaction process is still pending and I couldn’t see any message in the transaction history itself..
I need to get the recharge done within tomorrow and I need my money back.. I have the proof and screenshot of everything.
