Hello sir I recharged 249 pack on 7 July 2020 recharge was successful but pack is not active I waited for 12 hour and still it’s not activated and I tried to call costumer care many times they said we will call you in a minute but they didn’t call me back i have recharged with Airtel app the movement after it I got msg from 121 that your recharge have been initiated towards your Airtel mobile wait for 4 hours
