Hi,
I did a recharge of Rs 399 on 8 or 9th November using my airtel main account balance on airtel app…. But unfortunately app kept on loading and my balance got deducted but recharge didn’t happen.Now I can’t see the transaction ID in transaction history page.. Please tell your backend team to look in to it and refund my balance ASAP…
