I have recharge with amount 1499 on date 14.03.2020 in my mobile no 7798464730. According to this I can have unlimited call and 20 GB data with validity 365 days from date of recharge.
But when ever I am trying to call some one it is telling that my out going and incoming facility has been stopped. I tried a lot to contact Airtel customer care but always my call disconnected.
I am requesting to you please resolve this issue. For reference I have attached screenshot of my recharge.
