Text of Complaint by Pradip kumar dey:

I m Pradip Kumar Dey. I am a senior citizen. my mobile number is 8013865428. I tried to recharge my on 30th march evening. I did it from Airtel website. After paying from my ATM debit card 399 rs has been deducted from my account but Airtel showing recharge is failed.
  • Now what should I do? I tried customer care number to reach but there was no customer care executive.
I tried number of times. I sent mail everyday to airtel. But nobody answering. I am pissed off with the service of airtel. Please solve my problem.
