I have done a recharge of the airtel prepaid sim. But I am unable to get the recharge invoice for it. Moreover, the customer executive replied that Only if I recharge through their airtel thanks app can only get the invoice. This is against consumer rights If I have sent money to Bharti telecom then they are bound to give me a proper invoice. Further Proof to my complaint has been attached below in a drive link.
