Text of Complaint by Ashraf Khan:

On 2nd feb i ported my sim to airtel by airtel executive he came to my room and port my sim and charged me 299rs for the recharge but after getting my sim port I doesn’t get any recharge when I talked to customer care they are not solving this problem just ignored it and it’s about 1 week neither refund I got nor recharge.
