Hello,
I have recharged my Airtel mobile number 7899795604 twice in the last two days i.e on 15th April & 17th April for Rs.558 each time from your official website www.airtel.in
Both the times the amount has been successful deducted from my bank account and the recharge not done yet. (Attaching the msg from my bank)
I have also received msg from Airtel with a TXN Id saying the recharge will be done in 4 hours but both the times the recharge hasn’t been done. (Attaching screenshot of the same)

Due to the lockdown I am unable to visit the customer care in person and so making this complaint via email to your official customer care email id. Kindly address the issue at the earliest as I am unable to recharge & in very much need of mobile connectivity in these difficult times. Also have lost Rs.558 twice, kindly refund the same amount or recharge the for the equivalent amount of Rs.1116.

1. I am attaching the screenshot of bank account msg received of money being credited to Bharati Airtel account both times.
2. Msgs received from Airtel with TXN id.
