I have recharged my number 9706185597 at 19th may 2022, recharge amount 2999
& got 120, 10 extra cashback. But after payment payment successful recharge was activated. Now Airtel thanks app doesn’t showing any transaction happened in 19th may, Only wallet showing deducted amount 2879 n cashback received 10. I complaint airtel customer care they didn’t take the complaint & told me call to the wallet department. I also called multiple times wallet department they register complaint closed 1-2 days without solving.
here I mistakenly wrote recharge was activated. kindly rectify it
