i have recharged for rs399 for my airtel no on2/03/19. The recharge got failed. Money was deducted from my account but it is not refunded back. Regarding the same I have raised the complaint in customer service also.. even I can’t do any online recharge ..
Till now the issue is not solved by India’s fastest network…
