I am working in SBI, I have tried to recharge my number 9489238451 with 499rs using the official airtel app & it was unsuccessfully & it’s mentioned as it will be refunded with in 7 to 10 days but it is not refunded then I have made several complaints last of it is CONRC30403509018. This is closed as amount is refunded but it is not.B
ank side statement is Your complaint 5397302458 has been attended to and closed after resolution as:: MERCHANT CONFIRMED TRANSACTION AS SUCCESSFUL. Details:RRNO-110028039327|MER_ID-8096419911..
