Text of Complaint by Yashwanth Kumar B K:

I recharged my Airtel mobile number 9141198863 on 8.4.2020 at 10.15PM through Airtel thankspp from. It showed payment pending, but next morning I got message that refunding initiative has taken and it will be refunded in 7 days.

But my existing prepaid expired on 8.4.2020 & now my number outgoing has been stopped. I tried calling 121, 198, nodal officer & appellate officer of AIRTEL But nothing connected. So now i would like to complain about this in your organization.
