Text of Complaint by Desna Saji:

I have recently recharged my airtel sim with 181 recharge. But this recharge didn’t reflect on the sim therefore i had to recharge again. I got a confirmation message from the airtel that the recharge is successful, but i was not able to make calls or use data inspite of the recharge.Thus i was forced to recharge again where i had a loss of 181. I have done the recharge on 15th april 2023 ,7.13am
