Airtel Recharge done succesfully but benefit not reflecting in Account. Airtel support team not reponding properly

Text of Complaint by P V S S VARA PRASAD NAKKASETTI:

I have done my mobile recharge on 22nd May 2022 via Airtel Thanks App and payed the amount of Rs.299/- using ‘Amazon Pay’ payment method.

My Mobile number is 8019298525.

The recharge is succesful but still showing as recharge not done in my account.

Attached is the recharge success message i got from Airtel along with Order Id.

I have raised two support requests and they were closed without any resolution.

Please help me in resolving the issue.
