I tried to change my broadband plan and recharged for 500+. Service not resumed. The app showed I have to recharge 943 to activate broadband connection. I expected my 1st recharge to be refunded and recharged again for Rs. 943. Both recharge shows successful in the Airtel thanks app but still shows I have to recharge again. I tried reaching out to customer support using the app and I also tried to call them. I was literally not able to reach them. Either the app shows network connection issue or call doesn’t get my input to choose complaining. We rely on the broadband to complete my office work. This is very stressful.
