I have done Airtel prepaid recharge for my father’s Airtel number 986687745 yesterday on 15th May 2023 and my father got a recharge successful message but the recharge plan or services were not activated for his mobile number and there has been no reply or response from Airtel customer care or services even after posting a complaint request on their Airtel App.
