Text of Complaint by Nishtha Dabral:

I recharged my mother’s airtel sim no- 9634059097 with the Rs 219 data pack. The payment was made and the amount got deducted from my account.

The recharge however was not done, and i have received no updates regarding the same. The customer care executives are not replying and there is no response to my emails as well. I did this Recharge on 10/ 04/ 2020.

It has been more than two hours. You are requested to provide me a refund or do the recharge or I will have to make a complaint in the customer care forum, which is my only option left. I have uploaded the reciept of the said payment.
