Text of Complaint by Subimal Adhikary:

I am subimal adhikary. mob no-9007856008(AIRTEL). am purchasing on 01/05/2020 at 12:30 am Rs-399 unlimited call and 1.5GB data per day for 56 days. Bt am still not get any benifit . Am calling so many time to the customer care, bt it still not working.

When I paid online sbi yono portal then I get message “Your recharge for AIRTEL PREPAID – account 9007856008 for Rs 399.00 with reference no YONOABDI000035712786 has been received and recharge will be initiated with the operator shortly”.

Then deducted money from my SBI account. But am still not get any benefit.
So that’s why am complaining that. Please consern this matter as soon as possible.
