- I have an haryana airtel prepaid connection for which I was receiving sms to recharge soon to avoid Rs.45 validity charges to be deducted on due date. It was also mentioned that my new recharge will commence from the date of recharge due. I recharged my phone three days in advance with pack of my choice. I was informed that my recharge is successful and next recharge date was given which shows that the recharge was started from today itself. I contacted over email to 121@airtel.com an answer was given to contact over phone with 121 which never success. If by luck it is connected they will simply tell you have opted other type of plan so it will start as soon as it is recharged. When one is given a week after its due date to stop all incoming etc. then why they send such sms to deduct from my balance. Why they can’t start the new plan after completion of present. If at all it is requested to start my new plan from today itself they should ask while recharge payment is made.
