Dear Sir / Madam Good Morning,
My name is kumaradhas. I have airtel sim card number 9944876782. I have recharge the pack Rs.379 – 84 Days Pack ( transaction ref : 200215356700) on 15th February.
Also that amount was deducted by airtel at the time of recharge. unfortunately my sim not recharged / credited.
Then I have wrote mail to customers care unit. They have replayed within 10 days it will refund and will credit my same bank account which has been used for transaction purpose
But till now my amount hasn’t refunded to my account. I have attached my Bank Statements and Airtel recharge receipt for your reference and kind action. Kindly help me to get refund. This consumar court will help me.
