Hi, I have done recharge of Rs.379 on 8th Apr 2020 for mobile number 9900918264, however it is not reflecting in my account and I’m unable to make phone calls. My payment reference is (UPI Transaction ID – 009922222185)
Currently due to COVID19 I cannot even speak to customer care until 15th Apr as mentioned in the IVR.
