Text of Complaint by Santosh Shinde:

I have made the transaction of Rs. 1799 through upi I’d mrshinde8566@upi attached to Axis bank ltd account no. 916010036914251. UPI transaction id is 212108194019 dt. 01.05.2022 at 7.06 am on Airtel payment bank id bhartiairtel.rzp@sbi. Amount is debited from my account but neither recharge benefits received nor Amount get refunded to my account. Airtel is denying that they received recharge amount but BHIM cc said amount credited to beneficiary.
