On sept 30 I got a new sim & also wanted a Long term payment plan which would keep my number safe even without using the phone &!was advised to recharge for 1600 & change for a year .I paid the amount in cash & when asked for a receipt was told I will get an SMS . When the sms came it didn’t show the amount I had paid & when I brought it to their notice they said to wait 24 hrs & it will show . Even after a day when I didn’t get an Sms they again said it is showing in their system not to worry if I have a problem I can come to them . I am back in I Dia & was surprised to note that my recharge was for only 3 months & not for a year when I brought it to their notice they are denying it . As I have paid cash without receipt it’s the sales guys word against mine .
