I want to complaint against Airtel for not allowing messaging services in Rs.79 recharge & they are not taking my complaint too regarding this.
My complaint is – If I have recharged for any amount, I should get complete services which includes Messaging too. I am not saying, they shouldn’t charge for the service, they ca deduct from the recharge amount.
Because unnecessarily , just to keep my No. active, i am forced to recharge it month on month & that too they have increased it from Rs. 23 to Rs. 35 to Rs. 49 to now Rs. 79/-.
