On 17th March 2021 I have tried to recharge my wife AIRTEL mobile 9704749089 through my Indian Bank Credit Card for a Rs.587. But transanction is failed. And from then onwards I am contactint customer care and sent complaint through my email. But there is no proper repsonse from the M/S Airtel.
Only automated reply to my emails are being sent. I also contacted my banker in reply the banker sent a CUSTOMER TRANSACTION DISPUTE FORM which is to be certified by M/S AIRTEL. I also sent the form for necessary certification. But I am not getting proper response.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange for refund either by Airtel or from Banker.
