On April 16,2020 I have initiated a recharge on my Airtel of ₹ 648 (₹698-₹50 coupon). The recharge amount was deducted from my bank account but I didn’t get any confirmation from Airtel.
I have waited for two days and still the recharge is not shown. There are no facilities for complaint. All the complaints lead to Airtel Thanks App which is lacking in any kind of solutions for such kind of queries and problems.
Now I am unsure what will happen to the recharge as the sum is a lot for me.
