- Dear I have requested for re-installation and new hd multi connection three times and following the same at least two times daily with customer help line. But there is no solution for the problem. Even I have got field team contact no but no one is responding. It highly furious to me that I am five year old customer and I have the primary unit with me for which I have paid the money to airtel. Even after that airtel is not responding properly. More over the field staff is not responding. My airtel dth customer id is 3014871642.
