Your dumb answer surprises me. Why are you not aware of the fact that your net work is weak in our area. Are you all not checking the quality of your network periodically from defined coverage area? Are you not paid by me for this time? Once you have accepted the payment, is it not your responsibility to serve. You have to pay for your lapses. It is my hard earned money.
