My mother visited airtel store and a lady named sakshi misguided her telling that that number can be ported from T24 to airtel only in postpaid not giving only an amount of 290 for 3 months, and just after 15 days the bill was 450 rs. And now the number was blocked on 7th march and visiting the store again the new lady named anamika told that it’s not confirmed that the number will work now or if it will work then we have to use only postpaid for 4 months. Airtel store doesn’t provide correct information at all. They just misguide. I want correct details about the plans and everything
