Text of Complaint by Naveen Nelli:

Hi,
I am Naveen Nelli, did my airtel mobile recharge on sep 04-2021 with Rs.558 pack and tried to download the bill receipt for reimbursement purpose. I got the bill with wrong transaction date which is march 03-2021. I reached out to airtel customer care and asked them to provide the bill with correct date and dropped a mail to request the same on “121@airtel.com”. They haven’t responded to me yet and giving the same process on call centre. It’s been 20 days and no single reply for my email. I highlighted this long back about 6 months ago the customer care team to resolve the application as it is generating bills with wrong dates. There is a bug from their end and not resolving and wasting my valuable time.
