I have taken a new broadband connection from Airtel, Nowhere it is mentioned it is copper wiring, and when my broadband got installed they said instead of 40 MBPS you will find 24 MBPS speed only and even I’m not getting the same, I’m only getting 4MBPS uploading speed. I want my money back from these cheaters. The customer care executive said we cannot do anything and you have paid the amount so we won’t refund it. My broadband number is – 08014396113.
