When I purchased the sim for mobile number 9567304900, I was promised a lifetime validity. From 23 Nov 2018, I have been receiving messages stating “Pack validity for Airtel no 9567304900 will expire on 25-Nov-18 & outgoing services will stop. Recharge with RC35 or more for continued services.Dial*121*51#”. I talked to Airtel customer care regarding this message. She told me that your outgoing service will be stop on 25 Nov 2018 so you need to recharge minimum 35 for validity only . Monthly recharge has to be done just to keep validity hereafter.
Airtel is playing with the customers. Request you to take strict action against them in this regard.
