Dear Sir,

It’s regarding my recent experience with Airtel. When I am applying for new sim over online airtel website, they asked me to enter the mobile no I entered 9003229950 and another column its asked for alternate number so I entered 9841199681. The computer sent me one OTP to the alternate number I entered that’s it. I got a message saying that my no. 9841199681 successfully merged to prepaid to post-paid. Is it the right way to do business sir? No consumer will accept such a bad terms and conditions maintained by India’s one of the pioneer mobile service providers. How bad terms they are maintaining. they must have to get permission physically like phone call, email, normal message or WhatsApp message there are so many ways to get cross verification or 2nd level confirmation from customer to merge prepaid to post-paid or post-paid to prepaid big things like this. Simply no business ethics. Can’t express my bitter feelings about airtel, because I am being with them for the past more than 10. Also I am maintaining this same number 9841199681 from rpg for that past 25 years or so.

They put me into rs. 550 plan who accepted this plan or why don’t they put me into rs. 100000 plan. They would have benefitted with huge money and business.

Sir i am a low income profile guy i am running my monthly commitments within my limited income and budget. If sudden Rs. 550 rupees extra burden How will i manage this sudden Rs. 550 month on month. Moreover i am already into 3 months prepaid plan. I made payment in advance. What will happen to my existing money. I personally feel It’s purely daylight robbery from Airtel. I sent emails regarding this to trai also. Truly speaking not happy with their reply also. Airtel’s Most of their appellate officers and nodal officers nos are simply not working and also customer care nos of 121 and 198 nos also couldn’t connect immediately to customer care executives. It’s simply getting connect as of their own wish only. No direct number to contact customer care straightaway.
