I raised a request to change my airtel prepaid to airtel postpaid after which a executive came to my home and charged rupees 400 for the same. Its been 10 days but i did not get my service done. I called customer care for the same issue and they were helpless. The executive for whom i paid the money is not lifting my call. This is totally disgusting and i need solution from you as soon as possible
