I have converted from prepaid to postpaid and before i convert from prepaid i have a prepaid validity around 70 day’s. Airtel website says prepaid benefit will be given in postpaid.
However now they are saying diff. Issue that is they are not able find my prepaid recharge details itself even after i providing the payment details to them.
They are dragging the issue more than a month still there is no proper solution.
