I had converted from postpaid to prepaid 2years back and since then the prepaid sim was working. All of sudden it has stopped working since 15th June 2022 and even after visiting the local store they are again asking for KYC documents which I did carry along with medical certificate but they are asking my mother to visit their store who is medical patient and to whom I cannot carry for faults of airtel company. Why should we suffer if sim card suddenly stops. Its their duty to provide a new sim card asap but 5days have past and they are not taking any action on this. This is Airtel Shantivan office Borivali East. Inspite of taking down the address they have not bothered to send their agent so also I have dropped mail to 121@in.airtel.com and they have also not sent their agent. I have told them take charges and do it but please give working sim asap. They are highly inhuman people so airtel will very soon loose atleast 2 customers in the coming days thats my word.
