My airtel number is 8822381450 which is running on old simcard. The old simcard is not compatible with my new samsung smartphone as the simcard is not micro. So I approached a samsung customer service in Guwahati. They gave me a new micro simcard of Airtel retaining same mobile . But the new sim is not showing network after 3 days. My alternate mobile number is 9101237956 of JIO.
So my request is plz activate my new simcard bearing mobile number 8822381450.
