Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Shivakumar from Mysore. I’m using an Airtel sim card no# 8880001400 since TaTA Docomo service merged with Airtel. This is the 2nd time my sim card is dead automatically while using data in the last 8 months. This is really unacceptable and I think the company is doing illegal activity by making simcard dead and collecting money Rs 100 for replacement of sim cards. It affects our daily work badly and causes monetary loss to us. Please take necessary action and deliver the sim card to my below address on priority. otherwise i will raise the complaint in the national consumer portal.
