It is very regretful to state that Airtel has raised its entry level monthly (28 days ) pre-paid recharge by approx. 60% i.e. from Rs. 49/- to Rs.79/- for 28 days.
This increase is too high for the customers’ budget and the Dept. of Telecommunication/ TRAI must take strict action and regulate the price increase.
I have now started hating Airtel service just because of frequent price increase of recharge which was previously 29/-, then 49/- and now increased to 79/- for 28 days.
It is my request to make the recharge of 49/- for 28 days available which has been discontinued by Airtel recently.
