I recharged my Airtel phone number 82208 78112 on 07-04-2020 for Rs.799/-. This was an international roaming pack with 100 free minutes of incoming and outgoing calls to India. I received a confirmation for the payment with the assurance that the recharge amount would be credited to my account within 4 hours. The Txn ID is 200407994398.
I submit that my recharge was done in time and the amount was withdrawn by Airtel from my Bank account. However the recharge has not been reflected on my account and my ability to receive calls while I am travelling overseas has now been suspended. Moreover I have also lost all my accumulated minutes that were rolled over with each prior recharge on account of this recharge not being accounted for. I therefore request you to kindly look into this matter and provide redress for my grievance.
