I have recharge with 2999/-(1year plan on Airtel sim) on 23/10/2022, recently my sim blocked for documentation purpose without any intimation, so I visited near by Airtel store they are taken my photo and I’d proofs and given new sim with same number, but the issue is my last reacharge is not call back, i have been lost 1200/- approx, so I need justice because of this issue, either they need to continue my plan or return back my money.
Please take this issue as seriously, we have contacted customer care and service point, but they are not responding properly.
