I had recharged my mobile number since by existing plan was going to be expired in 4 days. I had received a message from Airtel that your plan is expiring, please recharge to enjoy the services. Hence, I’ve recharged hoping the new plan will be activated once the existing plan expires. But once recharged, the new plan was activated eventhough the existing plan is Active. Due to this I’ve lost 6 days of expiry days in my New Plan. When trying to contact Airtel Customer Care, they are not giving proper reasons and even when sending mails asking for reason, I’m not receiving proper response. Attaching all the email conversation for reference. I’ve been receiving the same email from Airtel again and again if I ask for reason. I’m not sure what can be done further to request them for reason of Activating New Plan eventhough Existing Plan is Active.
