Text of Complaint by Prachi Naware:

I did recharge of Rs 399/- on my no 9028777…. on 11th July.
Money deducted from my account but recharge is not done. Mailed Airtel CS twice but no satisfactory reply found. Pls check why recharge is not done. Attached is the screenshot for the proof of payment.
