The issue is, I’ve tried recharging my airtel prepaid mobile number with Rs. 149/- using airtel mobile app on 14th April 2020 and amount deducted through Google pay UPI at 9:27 AM.
But I didn’t get my mobile number recharged. I checked with Airtel Team and got informed that the transaction got failed and the debited amount will be reversed in a week’s time.
I’ve waited but I did not receive any refund. I then checked with google pay team and they advised me to reach out with Bank for refund.
Hence I have reached your team, and since then the incident raised is floating among your representatives but I didn’t get what am I expected.
Please look at it on very high priority and advice me accordingly for getting my refund immediately.
