I tried to recharge (Airtel prepaid) on 25 Feb 2019 in the site “https://www.airtel.in/prepaid-recharge”. But, the transaction got failed. Twice I tried…both my transaction got failed (399 each transaction = 798). I waited for 5 days and called customer care. I was informed to wait some more days..Still the refund has not been initiated. Pls do the needful to get my hard earned money back.
