I have nearly ₹100 in my main balance and unable to make calls. My complain is that what is the use of giving main balances if we cant use it. Airtel cheats the customer. Why should we recharge again to use our main balance. They can charge ₹5/min if they want but atleast give us the service to use our remaining main balance. This is not fair what airtel is doing.
