I AM AIRTEL PREPAID CARD USER. MY PHONE NO. IS 9172396296. I LIVE IN PUNE (MAHARASHTRA) MY OLD RECHARGE VALIDITY WAS OVER ON 04.06.2020. I PAID 598/- ON 01.06.2020. TODAY (05.06.2020) I PAID AGAIN RS. 598/- AT 11.21 AM. NEITHER MY PREPAID PLAN REACTIVATED NOR I GOT ANY REFUND. SO I WANT RECHARGE MY PREPAID PLAN OF RS.598/- AND REFUND MY ANOTHER RS.598/- IN MY BANK ACCOUNT(BECAUSE I PAID RS.598/- TWICE). THANK YOU.
