On 1st december 2021, I recharged my Airtel prepaid number from Airtel thanks app for recharge pack worth Rs. 479 using my Airtel wallet. I got a message stating transaction failed but my amount got deducted from the airtel wallet.
Kindly requesting you to refund my Rs 479.
